Frequently Asked Questions

• How long do the cookies stay fresh for?

  Prepared with fresh, premium ingredients and no preservatives, our cookies are best in the first 3-4 days when stored at room temperature or up to a week in the fridge (if they last that long)!

• Can I freeze the cookies?

  Absolutely! Freeze in an airtight ziplock bag for up to two months. Our cookies warm up beautifully in the microwave or oven!

• Are your cookies nut free?

  While we offer nut free options, we are NOT nut free.

• How do I track my order?

  Because we use independent couriers, tracking is not available at this time. We are actively working to find a solution for this. In the meantime, please feel free to email us at support@fatcatgourmet.ca and we would be happy to provide the most available update.

• If no one is home to receive the delivery, what happens?

  The courier will leave the sealed order by the door. If the delivery is to a condo or building, the courier will attempt to reach the recipient. If there is a concierge and they accept the package, we will leave it with them. If not, the courier will take the order back to our shop. A re-delivery fee will apply. 

• Can I have my points from the previous stores online rewards program transferred to my new account with your new store?

  Absolutely! While we are a completely new brand, we are the same owners as the previous store. We have a new rewards program but will happily transfer your points to our new system! Simply create a new account with Fat Cat, send us an email with the phone number or email associated with your old account, and let us take care of the rest!

• Can a gift card from the previous store be used here?

  Yes! We will be accepting wallet balances and gift cards from the previous brands online platform until December 31, 2027.
